Mike Thiessen, in his 19th season as an Assistant Coach at USAFA, is the longest-tenured offensive coordinator in the nation.  Recognized as a Broyles Award candidate in 2021, a two-sport star and Air Force Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, Thiessen has also been instrumental in developing record-setting receivers and bolster MVP quarterbacks.
