Join us at Westside Community Center on Tuesdays from 2:00 - 4:00 PM for Expressive Art Therapy Workshop!

Expressive Art Therapy is a way of managing stress and symptoms of depression and anxiety. Using color and small movements you will learn how to improve and reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. This weekly workshop is facilitated by a licensed trauma therapist and is FREE to individuals 18 and older.

Donations in any amount are appreciated. With donations of $25 you will receive a book, and with donations of $50 you will receive a T-shirt.
