Changes include increased weekend service on multiple routes, Route 3 transitioning to zero fare with more frequent weekday service and Route 40 moving to year-round operation. Route 20 will be discontinued, with coverage absorbed by Routes 10 and 11, while minor adjustments include new stops on Route 17 and a slight schedule change for the ZEB downtown shuttle.
