Manitou Chamber Music Festival 2026: Festival Gala Concert
The Festival Gala is the culmination of the 2026 Manitou Chamber Music Festival, where the advanced student musicians who have spent two weeks studying with our faculty perform alongside their mentors. The program opens with Ruth Gipps's Cringlemire Garden, continues with a chamber work performed by students and faculty together, and closes with Beethoven's monumental Triple Concerto.
The Manitou Chamber Music Festival is a dual-faceted performance and education community held each July with the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association. Faculty artists mentor advanced 9th to 12th grade student musicians in small groups as they explore the world of chamber music, and students share the stage with faculty at the final concert. Now in its 13th season, the festival presents four concerts at the Broadmoor Community Church.
