Art Expression is a class in creative exploration that is designed to help develop self-awareness, explore emotions in a safe and healthy environment, and provide a positive and therapeutic experience in a safe and welcoming environment. Discover how the power of artistic expression can unlock healing and peace. No experience necessary! Veterans, military, and family members ages 18 and up are welcome to attend.
